Nationwide Video Competition for Young People Aged 14–20 – and we're looking for YOU!
If you care about nature, sustainability, and the future, or you're passionate about creating videos, this is your opportunity to show that a green lifestyle can be stylish, creative, and inspiring!
Competition Rules:
Participate if you are between 14 and 20 years old and live anywhere in Latvia.
Create a 1–2 minute video showcasing your environmentally friendly habits – recycle waste, save energy, choose sustainable transport, inspire your friends!
Publish your video on Instagram or TikTok between 16 March and 20 April.
Use the hashtag #MansZemesPulss. Also include your regional hashtag: #Vidzeme #Kurzeme #Latgale #Zemgale or #Riga.

Of course! The most creative winners will have the chance to receive a Samsung Galaxy Tab tablet or one of five Samsung Galaxy Watch smartwatches or or equivalent prizes.
A semi-finals and a grand final event are expected!
